Repairs & Refurbishments

Our workshop is equipped to diagnose and repair faults across a wide range of power related products e.g. rectifiers, power supplies, battery testers, dehydrators, UPS, motors, drives, air handling units etc. Once repaired every module is given a soak test to ensure the integrity of the repair.

Every unit repaired comes with a minimum 12 month warranty, dependent on product type and customer agreement.

[As an end to end solution provider advanced swap out facilities can be provided in some instances. This service will involve ACESL supplying a replacement unit in advance of a faulty unit being returned for repair/refurbishment allowing reduced field service costs or less impact on network downtime.]

Refurbishment

For critical or obsolete power systems where prevention is better than cure, we can provide an industry leading refurbishment service for operational spares.

A pro-active approach to keep your legacy systems running by ensuring that critical spares are maintained, will allow you to achieve many years additional operational service.  The aim is to keep your equipment operational for longer and reduce the chance of equipment failure.

Components do not age at the same rate and so the replacement of those that typically degrade more quickly has many benefits.

  • Increased efficiency – newer replacement components are typically more efficient that the predecessor part.
  • Standard maintenance – it is easier to maintain equipment that is similarly configured.
  • Increase life expectancy – modernising the equipment allows for greater compliance with modern safety standards and codes and reduces hazards to your employees.
  • Reduced environmental impact – refurbishment of existing is more environmentally friendly as it minimises both waste and reduces the volume of resource required to build new equipment.

We have developed our own fault-finding guides for many of the units we regularly repair or refurbish which allows us to keep costs down & throughput high.

Refurbishment Warranty typically is 12 months or greater.
