Battery Health Testing
Our battery testing facilities allow us to perform discharge tests & battery health reports with ease.
We can conduct testing on either our premises or on the customers sites. Our fully automated Megger Torkel allows several different types of discharge testing including Constant current, constant power, fixed time period or defined end voltage. We are able to discharge a range of different voltage VRLA batteries from 2v to 380v & Lithium battery packs (48v).
Battery Teardowns
At ACES we conduct industrial battery teardowns in aim of discovering fatal faults on an end of life battery. We look closely at the materials used including dimensions & build quality to ensure every aspect of the bloc is covered.
